Don’t let the frequency of the Call of Duty franchise fool you — Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is a gem. It’s much better than Advanced Warfare, thanks to better multiplayer maps, cool guns, and a quicker pace. It’s highly polished as well, and there are very few hiccups during gameplay. No, it’s not a back to basics, no-frills Modern Warfare like we were hoping, but it’s still the best Call of Duty of the past three years. The zombie mode is the best it has ever been as well, and the game deserves to be on your Christmas list.

 

Top 10 Best Video Games of 2015

One of our favorite months of the year is December. Obviously, Christmas has a lot to do with that, but the main reason is because it’s when the conversations begin about what the best video games of the year were. 2015 has definitely been a tumultuous year for the gaming industry. There’s been a ton of great games — as well as more than a few disappointments.

But, let’s celebrate the good — for now, anyway. 2015 saw the release of some mega-hits, and it has truly been one great year for video game releases. Xbox One and PS4 each had their own successes, and even the Wii U deserves some love for a game or two. (In fact, a Wii U game made our list of the best Christmas gift ideas for gamers, too).
So without further ado, here are the top 10 best video games of 2015 (all of which can be found on Amazon):

Obviously, Fallout 4 had one of the biggest launches in gaming history. The game sold millions of copies in just days, and if we had to guess, more people bought Fallout 4 than Adele’s new album. Although the game has some bugs, it’s still one of the best games of the year, with a vast wasteland for you to explore, weapons and a base to craft, and some of the best questing and storylines we’ve seen in an open world game to date. Developer Bethesda should be proud of their latest game, and we’re hoping they’re now working on the next Elder Scrolls.

The video game industry is growing old, lazy, and boring

The average age of a “gamer” is 37. This is both a blessing and a curse for the video game industry.

A byproduct of the recent Tokyo Auto Salon 2016 is that we get to see parts of the Japanese tuning culture which don’t normally reach our shores. One such example is Aimgain who appear to have a reputation amid the VIP tuning category. These lowriders aren’t normally suited to Lamborghini’s, yet they seem to have taken on a Lamborghini Aventador, giving it the VIP treatment.
Very little information is available aside from these few images, however, the photos reveal a car similar in style to the Liberty Walk kit. It is completely over the top! Starting form the front, Aimgain GT appear to have fitted a new front bumper with wider openings and new air vents at the side, it looks more like the Aventador SV than the standard front bumper.

Top 7 Best Car Racing Games in 2015/2016

2015 has so far seen the release and reveal of a few highly anticipated car racing games from big gaming franchises. Time for us to list the best ones out now and expected in the next twelve months!
Gamescom 2015, the leading gaming conference, added a couple of more to the table including Need For Speed 2015 which promises to revolutionize the entire franchise. Forza Motorsport 6 was revealed earlier in January and further detailed at Gamescom 2015 but is about to hit the stores in a few days.

F1 2015 is the seventh Formula 1 racing game developed by Codemasters. It was released in July 2015 and is available on three platforms namely Windows PC, XBox One and PlayStation 4. The game incorporates all the drivers and circuits from the 2014 season. Despite having mixed reviews, the game topped the UK sales charts and enjoyed a stay in the top five for 5 weeks.

The game features a new Pro-season mode that is more complex than normal gameplay. In this mode players have no HUD or assists. Additionally, the game is compatible with PS4 and XBox One voice recognition software allowing players to communicate to their engineers at the pit stops. The AI is one of the features we criticized.

Development

Counter-Strike itself is a mod, and it has developed its own community of script writers and mod creators. Some mods add bots, while others remove features of the game, and others create different modes of play. Some mods, often called "admin plugins", give server administrators more flexible and efficient control over their servers. There are some mods which affect gameplay heavily, such as Gun Game, where players start with a basic pistol and must score kills to receive better weapons, and Zombie Mod, where one team consists of zombies and must "spread the infection" by killing the other team (using only the knife). There are also the Superhero and mods which mix the first-person gameplay of Counter-Strike with an experience system, allowing a player to become more powerful as they continue to play. The game is also highly customizable on the player's end, allowing the user to install or even create their own custom skins, HUDs, spray graphics, sprites, and sound effects, given the proper tools.

Gameplay

Counter-Strike is a first-person shooter game in which players join either the terrorist team, the counter-terrorist team, or become spectators. Each team attempts to complete their mission objective and/or eliminate the opposing team. Each round starts with the two teams spawning simultaneously.
